The verification agencies must know that process of verification need certain given time to do. We prefer mail verification to avoid paper usage.

students who send verification request need to know that their verification request can not be met 

before sending the verification requests, agencies are requested to first visit the website and click to the link "Result" and put roll number and date of birth of the student, whose verification request, they wish to send, to verify the online result with the documents submitted by the student while applying for the job/courses. In case the result is not showing, then they can mail/send the scan of the documents for its verification ELSE they can contact the admission counseling centers with the documents for personal verification.
